Do you offer free inspections?

Yes—basic site assessments are often free; complex/industrial surveys may have a nominal fee adjusted in final billing.

How is pricing determined?

By pest type, infestation level, area (sq. ft.), treatment method (chemical/gel/fogging/baiting), and number of visits.

Can I get a written estimate?

Absolutely. After inspection you’ll receive a written quotation with scope, chemicals to be used, prep steps, and warranty terms.

Do you offer emergency or same-day service?

Yes—subject to technician availability in your area.

Safety & Chemicals

Are your chemicals safe for families and pets?

We use registered, industry-standard products and follow strict dosage and application guidelines. We’ll advise temporarily vacating treated rooms where necessary and provide re-entry timings.

Do you use eco-friendly options?

Yes. Where feasible, we combine low-odor formulations, gels, targeted baits, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices to minimize chemical load.

How long after treatment can we re-enter?

Depends on treatment type and ventilation—typically 30 minutes to 6 hours. Your technician will write the re-entry time on your job card.

Will treatment stain walls or furniture?

No—treatments are targeted. We protect surfaces and brief you on preparation (e.g., covering utensils, moving items).

How soon does FiproFlex work?

Results begin as termites contact treated zones; full impact depends on colony size, access, and structure. We schedule a check-back.

Is FiproFlex safe for my family and pets?

When applied by trained technicians at label rates and with proper re-entry timings, it’s safe. We’ll brief you on all precautions.

DuraSun (Pest Control Chemical)

What is DuraSun used for?

DuraSun is a professional pest management product used in UPC programs against target pests as specified by our technicians.

Can DuraSun be used indoors?

Usage depends on species, site, and ventilation. Our technician will decide the right formulation, dose, and placement to ensure safety.

Do I need to leave my home during service?

Sometimes, yes—especially for fumigation or when infants, elderly, or sensitive individuals are present. We’ll advise re-entry time.

What prep is needed before you arrive?

Clear access to skirting/under-sinks, cover/store food items, and follow the pre-visit checklist we share.

Will pests disappear immediately?
